I’m Jing and I’m so happy you came to visit. I am a Registered Psychologist in Alberta who have worked at community agencies and health care system for many years to support individuals with complex needs. I have a great passion for supporting BIPOC community. I provide services to address attachment wounds, family of origin issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, and self-esteem issues.

I believe that counselling is a great way for people to gain new insights into their past experiences and challenges that they have encountered. My role is to walk alongside with my client and allow them to see their strengths and resources that might have been previously overlooked. I utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies, creating and implementing counselling treatment plans fitting into each client’s unique needs.
